My goal is to help you bring your body into optimal alignment in a safe supportive way. I encourage questions at any time during class. The pace of the class allows time to explore the pose but we do not hold poses for long periods of time. Each class is different with a sequencing of poses to help your body gradually open and become stronger.

Classes are tailored to meet the needs and requests of your employees. The classes can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for your employees before, during or after work.
